I used the pillows for pain relief and neck support. It didn't meet my expectations. I would not recommend this product.

I got this for my spouse and they have been using this pillow for close to two weeks now. The verdict is it very comfortable and supporting of the neck. Therefore giving them a better nights sleep. They couldn't tell if it helped cool or not though so that claim cannot be substantiated.

The design of this pillow is very different. It is able to be flipped and rotated to get the best fit for your type of sleep. I am a side sleeper and was really excited about trying this pillow. The construction and materials of the pillow are actually great. Very soft covering and the memory foam feels soft without being too soft. The problem I have with this pillow is the thickness. I really wanted a thick pillow that would support my neck perpendicular to my spine. This pillow is not very thick, at least not thick enough for me. I measured it at around 4.5" thick. For reference, the down pillow I typically sleep with is almost 9" thick. With my broad shoulders, my neck doesn't sit straight with this pillow. It is a really comfortable pillow, and I think if you are a back, stomach or side sleeper that doesn't need or want extra thickness, this would be a great solution for you.
