ortable and easy to use
I bought this neck stretcher because I often have neck stiffness from using my phone and computer. It’s very easy to inflate and adjust, and it provides good support. After using it for a few days, my neck feels more relaxed and less tight. It’s lightweight and portable, so I can use it at home or at work. The material feels comfortable and durable. Overall, a simple and effective product. Highly recommend

Suffocating before any neck benefit
This product comes deflated in a box and has two Velcro straps that you connect in the front of the neck before starting to pump it up. There is a cord with a handheld pump that you can squeeze that gently pumps up the neck device and inflates vertically. While I never felt like the neck device was actually squeezing my neck. I also never felt like it stretched my neck either. After wearing it for about 10 minutes I started to feel pretty dizzy and lightheaded, and so I took it off. I tried it again a couple other times, and was never able to feel a neck stretch, but it did feel uncomfortable and hard to breathe each time. Maybe my neck is too long for this device or I’m already too flexible, but I was never able to get the benefits described. The only thing I think this might be useful for me would be to inflate it about halfway and then it could potentially be used as like a travel neck support because it does help hold the neck up. It’s easy to use and deflates easily. Additionally you can just remove it by undoing the Velcro and taking it off. The cord and handheld pump can’t be removed while in use, so you would need to put the pump in your pocket or it would just dangle while using it.

Great Concept but Not a Replacement for Professional Traction
I really love the idea behind this neck stretcher. I have done cervical traction for years in both physical therapy and chiropractic settings, and I have also used an inversion table at home on and off for over 15 years. So I was genuinely hopeful this would be a convenient at home alternative. Setup was simple and straightforward. Inflating it is basically the same process as using a blood pressure cuff. Easy, quick, and not intimidating. For a little background, I am fused from C3 to C7, which means I live in a constant state of tension with limited range of motion. I also have a nerve condition that affects my arms and hands. Because of that, I decided to test this cautiously and only used it for a short session. I am also claustrophobic, so I kept the velcro straps looser around my neck, inflated the device, and sat as relaxed as possible for about two to three minutes. Normally after professional traction, I feel immediate relief and a noticeable drop in tension. With this device, I did feel a slight improvement at first. Unfortunately, about twelve hours later, I became more tense than usual and ended up triggering a migraine. That was definitely not the outcome I was hoping for. I want to be clear that my situation is not typical. Someone without spinal fusion, nerve conditions, or complex medical history may have much better results. I can absolutely see this being helpful for people who carry everyday tension in their neck and shoulders from stress, desk work, or poor posture. For those of us with complicated neck issues, surgeries, or chronic conditions, I personally think professional traction is still the safer and more effective option. Overall, I like the concept and ease of use, but for my body, this was not the right fit.
