I liked this product very much , but unfortunately it was damaged when I received it . 1 of the ball legs at the bottom was in the bag which it was in . ? . This product had not been checked prior to packaging . So disappointed I will now have to reorder this item which is a gift so I am hoping the replacement item will be ok ?

Hydrate within 24 hours. Very effective, We used them in centrepiece bowls at a wedding, and made up a 10L bucketful with 36 packets. Much cheaper than buying ready made.
