Pros:Suitable for around 2-4.Quick release seat.Good quality and sturdy frame.Wheels don't require pumping.Cons:Quite heavy for a 2 year old, or a parent having to lug it round a park with a screaming toddler under one arm and the bike under another.Brakes are very difficult for a toddler to use because you need quite big hands to wrap our hands around.

Is a good robust bike with inflatable tyresBought for my 2 year old daughter had it for a few months Howard my daughter won't go on it just yet needs some more encouragement. When we have visitors I let a 5 year old boy quite heavy on the bike to show my daughter how to ride it and have just noticed at the front tire has gone down not sure if it has popped this is my own mistake so just be careful on the weight limit as it already State.

This is a brilliant first balance bike which my daughter is absolutely enamored and over the moon with. Her big brother has a Kettler Balance Bike which she has been desperately trying to sit on and use for the last few months but at 12.5inches this is too big for her and I hadn't seen any balance bikes for under 2's before being offered this one to test and review which at 10inches is the perfect height for her.The bike has a low step through frame which is perfect for little legs as my daughter struggled to even get her leg over the bar on her brothers bike and so this has definitely been designed with littler ones in mind. The seat is extremely comfy and is height adjustable too which means this bike will grow with your little one and they should get a fair bit of use from it before moving up to a larger sized one. The handlebars are quite soft and my daughter can grip these easily and there is also a rear brake although as my daughter is only just learning how to use the bike she hasn't had to really use or learn how to use the brake yet but still it's perfect for teaching them this stage when they are ready.The bike is a soft pink painted colour and not a garish pink and has the WeeRide branding on the metalwork too. The bike took my husband about 20 minutes to build but he said it wasn't difficult and probably on the same par as building my sons bike. The bike also has a little handle behind the seat for carrying the bike when out and about rather than having to carry it by the handles which seems to happen a lot with us when our little ones decide they want to run off towards the play equipment in the park etc and this does make it a lot easier to carry and so is a nice little design consideration.A perfect starter balance bike for any adventurous toddler and one that I would wholeheartedly recommend. My daughter loves her new bike and is made up that she can scoot along next to her big brother and actually manage to get her little legs over the middle bar and sit on the seat at a perfect height for her so a big thumbs up from our household. I shall try to add some pictures in the next week or so and alongside my sons larger balance bike for size comparison.

Cheap tyres and inner tube make bike pretty much unusable! The back tyre got a puncture after hardly any use and the wire in tyre has come loose resulting in it being unable to hold the inflated inner tube without bulging. Contacted company to get new tyre and inner tube to no reply ( they are not standard sizes) my advice is spend a bit more to get a bike you can use!!

This is a nice first balance bike, which is robust and has proper inflatable tyres, so it's comfortable to sit on, and easy for your little one to push along with their feet.The bike is steel, with a bright painted finish, with some small basic graphics on it, and being steel it's heavier than some of the top end aluminium competitors. However, the aluminium bikes are also more expensive, while this one is more modestly priced.The bike comes with the back wheel assembled already, but the handlebars, front wheel and seat all need to be attached once you've got it out of the packaging. We found the instructions easy to follow and the tools are included in the box, so it only took us 10 minutes to build the bike.The seat is easy to adjust to your child's inner leg length and the design means that the child can step through to get on the bike, rather than having to swing their leg over the top, which is hard for little ones to do without losing their balance. There is also a single brake on the handlebars which is linked to the rear wheel.I like that there is a carry handle for parents to use, which is mounted on the rear of the seat. A lot of the time this bike will be carried to playgroup or nursery, and then your little one will ride it home, so a carry handle is an excellent idea.This is a nice first bike, it's not the fanciest or the lightest, but it's strong and built to last. 4 stars.
