It feels like it's working, but I've only been using it for a week or two

I am leading into my late 40's and starting to feel it. I've tried some different supplements (ginko b I'm looking at you!) and although I have had physical improvements feel like I haven't really gotten any mental benefit from them. Both my husband and I started taking Doctor's Best Tumeric (supposed to help brain function, heart health and stress) and felt it was beneficial to us. When I saw this listing, I thought a higher quality of tumeric with the additional additives (boswellia, ginger and cherry extract) might give us added benefits and decided it was worth a try.This supplement contains 500mg of turmeric per capsule, the same as the Doctor's Best. The capsules are easy to swallow and similar in size to the magnesium supplement I take. It has a pleasant smell but no taste or aftertaste and I experienced no stomach upset. My husband does feel that the added ginger helped him tolerate this version of turmeric better than the DB. Currently I cannot comment on the price comparison since this doesn't have a price listed but the DB is currently .33 a pill.I am not certain that I have gained any mental function, but I can say that I seem to be calmer and more relaxed in general, which has helped my sleeping . . . which should result in increased mental function eventually . . . so it's sort of a chicken and the egg type of thing. But I will take it. My husband does feel like he is quicker on his feet than he was, and as I said, has an easier stomach, so has said he will continue to take the supplement.

The product works as described to eliminate my arthritis pain.

Since I've hit my 50s, it seems as if my joints have been creaking more. I've been told by some health professionals about the healing properties in tumeric. While these pills did help with the joint pain, especially in my knee, it was kind of difficult to swallow. Also, because I have such a sensitive system, these made me feel queasy. I was taking them on an empty stomach and taking them with food (toast) seemed to help.

5 have been taking tumeric supplements for years now but I have never tried a supplement that is also mixed with these other ingredients. Not only does this contain tumeric and curcumin but it also has boswellia acids, Ginger root and tart cherry powder. Ginger is great to combine with tumeric because it has anti-inflammatory properties as well and it helps with digestion and immunity. Combined with tumeric alone, it's a powerful pair. The only thing that confuses me is that the label says this contains 500 mg of BCM 95 curcugreen. What exactly is cucugreen? I'm assuming this is the tumeric and curcumin mixture but it's a little vague. How much tumeric is in this? Is it 500 mg or is this a mixture of other ingredients along with it? Either way, I do think this works because I notice that within an hour of taking this my joints dont hurt as much as they usually do. Long term use will tell with time.This bottle contains 60 capsules and the serving size is 2 capsules a day, which gives you a 30 day supply.

I have two humongous Standard Poodle boys (76 and 89 pounds) who decided to play bowling for humans one day. And it had a lot fewer side effects.Since then, turmeric has been one of my go-to supplements for pain relief and it has helped me to fight inflammation for the several years. So, I’m happy to have another effective turmeric supplement.I’ve taken Boswellia before paired with chondroitin and had incredible pain relief while I was taking it and for six months after I stopped. I’m excited to see the combo of herbs – adding in ginger and cherry – in this supplement and I’m expecting it to work as well as related supplements I have used in the past performed. Good quality supplement with Turmeric Curcumin. I use this for my dogs per my vet recommendation for joint health. I just open up & sprinkle out. Really easy to use.
